A man remains at an area hospital after a shooting during an altercation in the area of Shipley Avenue and Winters Lane, according to Baltimore County police.
Police say the man was shot Monday night and has remained hospitalized in unknown condition, according to police.
Police responded to the shooting in Catonsville at about 10:11 p.m. Monday. They found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound, sustained during an altercation on Winters Lane, police said. The suspect had fled the scene by the time police arrived.
Detectives said they believe the incident is isolated and there is no danger to the public. Baltimore County Police are asking anyone with information on this incident to call 410-307-2020.
