One extremely cold morning I was driving my son into school. We where in the left hand lane on Stevenson Lane and York Rd. The man in front of of us decided to yell something at the Doctor. The man was DISTRACTED. His foot coordination between the brake and the clutch and yelling caused the man to DRIFT ONTO MY FRONT BUMPER. Get it now ?

What is the point of the Save the Bay tags...what happened to those funds ? ... and I do know several people that also donate to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, I get those nice return address labels... what happens to all this money ???
