Sports is all Corey thinks about so when the chance came around for him to be able to voice his opinion about sports to a mass audience he jumped at the oportunity.  It all started for Corey in Elementary School actually, where he was the assistant editor of the WolfPack Times at Red House Run elementary.  Clearly sports were not a priority but when he moved on to high school he jumped on covering Calvert Hall High School's football team as a freshman and kept going from their, while balancing playing sports at the same time.

When he got to college, at UMBC, Corey immediately got involved with the newspaper and covered every single varsity sport and several clubs while he was there.  He served as the sports editor, managing editor, all while balancing the task of becoming a triple major in English, Media and Communications, and American Studies.
