A female resident of the 1000 block of Hilltop Circle reported that an acquaintance raped her. Some time between 12:01 and 3:38 a.m. Nov. 10, a female and a male engaged in intercourse, according to an incident summary from the Wilkens precinct. "The victim told the suspect she did not want to, but the suspect continued," it states. The report does not list the age of the victim. The suspect is 20-years-old and resides in that block, it states. No arrest has been made, and the investigation continues, according to the Nov. 12 report.

Two men facing charges for the rape of two women abducted from Catonsville bus stops have been linked to six other violent crimes—and may be responsible for additional crimes, according to Baltimore County Police Chief James Johnson. William Justin Campbell, 25, and Kenyon Travis Waller, 22, "are responsible for a crime spree that dates back to at least August 11th of this year" and ended when they were apprehended on Oct. 1 and charged with robbery, kidnapping, rape and sexual assault, Johnson said at a press briefing at Baltimore City Police headquarters.
