After 15 straight Powerball drawings without a winner, the jackpot, which has a $327 million cash pay out, is at a record high, Patch editor Nicholas Gestido reported Tuesday. UPDATE: The jackpot has increased again. How about $550 million? But the best part—excluding the person or people who actually win—is dreaming about what you would do with all that money.
