A girl reported that, when she was 13, she became pregnant by her ex-boyfriend who was 19 years old. On May 15, the girl, who is 35 weeks pregnant, was in St. Agnes Hospital and reported the incident to hospital staff, according to a report by Baltimore County police. The hospital notified police, it states. "Victim was 13 years old when the incident occurred and advised the sex was consensual," the report states. The second-degree rape allegedly happened from Sept. 25 to Oct. 9 in the 300 block of Suter Road in Catonsville. The ex-boyfriend has not yet been charged, it states. Capt. Andre Davis was replaced at the Woodlawn Precinct by Towson Precinct Capt. Jonathan Trentzsch in a series of command changes earlier this month.
The former commander of the Baltimore County Police precinct in Woodlawn is the subject of an internal affairs investigation. Capt. Andre Davis was transferred May 10 from his position as commander of the Woodlawn Precinct to an administrative position inside the department's Community Resources section. Elise Armacost, a police department spokeswoman, declined to comment on the investigation. "I can confirm that there is an Internal Affairs investigation into a complaint involving Capt. Davis," Armacost said. "I can't comment on or offer the details of that complaint because it is a personnel matter." Three men carjacked a man who was banking in Arbutus. At 9:55 p.m. May 14, a Lochearn resident had just visited a Wells Fargo ATM and was getting into his vehicle in the 1000 block of Maiden Choice Lane, when the group ran up to him, with one pointing a handgun at him, according to a report by Baltimore County police. They demanded that he give them his car, so the victim handed over the keys to his 2003 Toyota Camry, the report states. A motorist being tailgated and harrassed by a man in a black SUV pulled over and ended up in a life-threatening situation. At 10:11 a.m. May 13, the victim, a man who resides in Catonsville, was driving in the area of 4000 Wilkens Ave., Catonsville, when a black SUV began following him. Its occupant yelled obscenities at him, according to a report by Baltimore County police. The motorist pulled over into a parking lot, the SUV followed him and its occupant got out, "pulled a machete and threatened to kill the victim," the report states. A group of men broke into a Catonsville home, threatened residents with two black handguns and two knives, and assaulted them. At 1:09 a.m. Friday, four men came into a home in the 6300 block of Mt. Ridge Rd through the unlocked basement door, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department's Wilkens precinct. They assaulted four people there, including two residents of the home, demanded money and marijuana, and stole a video gaming system and drug paraphernalia.

A mini van driven by two males crashed into the front of the Family Dollar store on Edmondson Avenue during a burglary. At 4:35 a.m. Thursday, the pair got into the business at 5511 Edmondson Ave., by walking through the damage, according to a report by the Baltimore County Police Department's Wilkens precinct. Nothing was stolen, the report states. The van, a gray Chrysler with front-end damage, was driven away southbound on Northbend Road toward Frederick Road. The suspects' clothing was described as follows, according to the report: First suspect: Black hoodie, bluejeans and gloves. Second suspect: Black jacket, khaki pants, and a black bandana over his face.

A robber stole money, a phone and keys from an Arbutus woman after forcing her into her car at gunpoint. Police patrolled and sent a K-9 unit to the scene, the 5400 block of Dolores Avenue, after the call came in at 11:28 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14, according to Baltimore County Police spokeswoman Julia Hardgrove. A robber approached a 38-year-old woman while she was removing things from her vehicle and pointed a handgun at her back. He told her to get into her vehicle and drive, according to a police report. The woman drove to an alley, and took the woman’s cell phone, money and car keys. He got out of the car and ran down the alley, according to police. Police were not able to located the suspect, the report said.

A 45-year-old woman was killed Friday in Arbutus, Baltimore County police said.
A woman is dead and a man is in critical condition after an apparent attempted murder-suicide Friday in Arbutus. Baltimore County police responded to a tip that a man had killed someone in a residence in the 4700 block of Belwood Green and that the man was planning to kill himself. A tactical team entered and found the woman dead and the man unconscious. The unidentified man was transported to shock trauma and was listed in critical but stable condition Saturday afternoon. The woman was identified as Kathleen Washington, 45, of the 4700 block of Belwood Green. The man, who police said was injured by self-inflicted wounds, was not immediately identified by police. An argument between two students at the University of Maryland Baltimore County ended in one slashing the other with a knife, campus police said.
