We mae a purchase of a new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet and the following happened:
* we were told on day of pick up they did not have stuff in stock; after repeated calls on our part to make sure they did
* we could not reach a local manager because staff felt manager should not be disturbed from meeting
* our contractor lost 6 hours of his time chasing down stock, returning damaged goods to store and repairing the vanity he already installed (bottom drawer was not affixed to slider)
Home Depot at Rt. 40 turned a 3 to 4 hour job into a 12 hour job due to their ineptitude.
Would not go back to purchase ANYTHING.
