UMBC Women's Soccer to “Fight In Pink” on Sunday versus Stony Brook

The UMBC women's soccer team continues its quest for a spot in the
conference tournament with two more America East matchups this week. The
Retrievers look to get a pivotal win on the road at Vermont on Thursday,
October 11 at 3 p.m. at Virtue Field and return home for their “Fight In Pink”
contest against Stony Brook on Sunday, October 14 at 1 p.m. at the Retriever
Soccer Park. The squad invites all fans to purchase a pink shirt to show their
support in the fight against breast cancer, with all proceeds going to the
Susan G. Komen foundation.

Shirts are available for $8.00 prior to Sunday and be purchased for $10.00 at the gate. An auction will also take place at halftime, where fans will have a chance to bid on shirts worn by their favorite Retriever players during pregame.
