UMBC Women's Soccer Hosts Binghamton for Senior Night on Thursday

BALTIMORE – With one week remaining in the regular season, the UMBC women’s soccer team finds itself in the running for one of the three remaining spots in the America East Championship – with Hartford, New Hampshire and Maine having solidified their berths. The Retrievers welcome Binghamton to Retriever Soccer Park on Thursday, Oct. 18 for Senior Night and travel to Albany for their regular season finale at noon against the Great Danes at the Turf at College Park. Kickoff for Thursday’s game is set for 6 p.m., with live video of all the action on www.umbcretrievers.tv.   

UMBC will honor its four seniors; Aly Gazarek (Aldie, Va./Freedom/South Florida), Sarah Kopytko (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock North), Rachel McKee (Ellicott City, Md./Mount Hebron) and Sarah Purdum (West Fenwick Island, Del./Indian River) prior to Thursday’s kickoff, as the four play at Retriever Soccer Park for the final time.
