23rd-Ranked UMBC Men's Soccer Returns Home to Face Navy on Tuesday

The 23rd-ranked UMBC men's soccer squad returns home to entertain Navy at Retriever Soccer Park on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Kick-off time is set for 7:00 p.m.

In its most recent action, UMBC outscored host Radford, 3-0, in the second half and overwhelmed the Highlanders, 4-1, at Cupp Stadium.

The Retrievers improved to 5-0-0 on the season and won in their first road game of the campaign. Radford slipped to 1-2-1.

UMBC, which entered the game tied for third in the nation in goals scored, has registered 16 goals in its first five contests.

After a match at Loyola on Sept. 21, UMBC starts a three-game homestand vs. George Mason at Retriever Soccer Park on Wednesday, Sept. 25. The Retrievers will then face George Washington (Sept. 28) and Delaware (Oct. 1) before opening America East play at Hartford on Oct. 5.
