Two Ways to Help Meet your Goals for 2014

Marketing and Networking. Those used to be terms reserved for big business, but these days even local nonprofit groups and small businesses need big marketing and networking strategies to reach the right audience and achieve goals. Where to start? The Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce offers two events this month to get marketing and networking fired up for a fabulous 2014.

First, on Thursday, January 16 the Chamber will show members and prospective members how to make the Chamber work for them, using resources to build a marketing plan and develop network connections in the Catonsville community during the New Year Kick-Off Luncheon. Then on Wednesday evening, January 22, the Chamber joins forces with up to a dozen business organizations to sponsor a MEGA Networking Event reaching businesses and nonprofit organizations from all over the region.  The networking event and trade show provides an unparalleled opportunity to promote businesses and nonprofit organizations and forge new connections throughout central Maryland.

The January 16 luncheon will be held at noon at the Catonsville Clubhouse (formerly the Catonsville Women’s Club) at 10 St. Timothy’s Lane in Catonsville. The January 22 MEGA Networking Event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Sheraton Baltimore North, 903 Dulaney Valley Road in Towson.
