chamber's May "Good for Business" breakfast: Recruiting and Retaining Happy Employees

Please join the as we host our fifth “Good for Business” breakfast meeting on Friday, May 25 at the , 1010 Frederick Road, at 7:30 am. This breakfast is devoted to best employee practices.

No matter what type of small business you have you are going to have employees at some point. How you handle these employees from performance reviews, to potential promotions to even helping keep your staff as happy and productive as possible is going to determine how overall happy your employees are and how high their productivity level is. This chamber breakfast will give you tools to help create that positive work environment.

We have assembled a panel of experts. Carol Brooks, Business Services Manager, division of Business Development for Baltimore County will discuss best hiring practices. Ryan McShane from Chesapeake Human Resources Association will help with your human resources questions and Thomas M. Meachum of Carney, Kelehan, Bresler, Bennett & Scherr, LLP attorneys will address the legal problems that may arise with your employees. We will cover it all!
