Blog: Dan Gundersen to Speak at Catonsville Chamber's January Meeting

Catonsville Chamber Kicks Off New Year with Guest Speaker, Dan Gundersen, director of Baltimore County Economic Development.

Chamber's January Meeting – Moving Forward in 2012

The Chamber will officially kick off the New Year at its Jan. 11 luncheon, 12 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus, 1010 Frederick Road, catered by Grilled Cheese & Co.

Guest speaker for the event will be Dan Gundersen, Baltimore County Director of Economic Development. Before joining Baltimore County in June of 2011, Dan served as the Commissioner of New York State Department of Economic Development. During his tenure there, New York rose from No. 14 to No. 1 for corporate attraction and expansion, creating 13,000 new jobs and retaining an additional 30,000 positions. Dan will share with us the County Executive's vision for targeted economic development and plans for moving us forward in 2012.
