Saint Mark School Wins Best Float in July 4th Parade
Catonsville Elementary School repeats as the best school entry.
Saint Mark School was this year's winner for the best float in the Catonsville July 4th parade.
The Marie O'Dea award is the best overall entry in the parade and is named after the original organizer of the parade.
