Baseball
- Catonsville used two big innings to dismantle visiting Aberdeen, 11-1, on Friday in the 3A North opening round. The Comets will take on another Harford County squad, second-seeded North Harford, in the region quarterfinals Monday at 4 p.m.
- Western Tech didn't play over the weekend, but the Wolverines did learn their 1A North region quarterfinal opponent. Brad Hoskin's squad will take on 12th-seeded Loch Raven on Monday.

The 11th-seeded Comets fell in a close battle against Aberdeen in the 3A North opening round on Friday. Billy Nelson’s squad was eliminated by the sixth-seeded Eagles, 6-4.
Boys Lacrosse

- After a dominating 12-1 victory over No. 2 seed Woodlawn Saturday in the 4A-3A South quarterfinals (the Comets advanced by forfeit over Southwestern in round one), Catonsville travels to Franklin, 6:30 p.m. Monday, to take on the third-seeded Indians in the region quarterfinals, who they beat earlier in the regular season, 10-7. With a win, Catonsville would take on the winner of Dulaney-Perry Hall in for the region title.
- Western Tech fell to Chesapeake-BC in its 2A-1A North quarterfinal matchup on Sunday.
Girls Lacrosse
- Awarded a bye in the first round, Catonsville took care of business in the 4A-3A South quarterfinals, throttling sixth-seeded North County 20-4. The Comets travel to Harford County to take on second-seeded C. Milton Wright in the region semis, 4 p.m. Monday.
- After a first round bye, Western Tech fell to top-seeded Sparrows Point, 17-3 in the 1A North quarterfinals.
