Whiz Kid: Catonsville Elementary Student Receives Award
PTA Reflections program honors students in Baltimore County.
Elisa Costello, a student at Catonsville Elementary School, was one of the recipients of an award through the PTA Council of Baltimore County Reflections program.
The national program recognizes students for their work in arts. This year's theme was "Together We Can."
Baltimore County recognized 50 students with Council Awards of Excellence and 66 students with Council Awards of Merit.
