UMBC's Summer Day Camp starts registration for this year's sessions.
The school will be "celebrating 35 years of programming this summer," according to the press release sent Wednesday, and the camp began the January registration by co-sponsoring the school's women's basketball game against Stony Brook.
The game is at noon Wednesday, and will be televised on ESPN3.
Fans got UMBC Summer Day Camp frisbees at the game, which also featured special promotions for the large number of local elementary and middle school students.
Discounts for the camps are available for those who register early and make payment by Feb. 14. There's also discounts for siblings and UMBC employees.
