Millbrook Elementary School Closes Early
An electrical problem caused the closure, Baltimore County Public Schools said.
Baltimore County Public Schools reported that Millbrook Elementary School in Pikesville would close at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
There was a power outage at the school, according to officials.
BGE's outage map showed approximately 71 people in Baltimore County were without power at 12:30 p.m., mostly concentrated in two pockets west of Reisterstown Road in Pikesville and Garrison.
It was an extra brief day for students at Millbrook. On Tuesday morning, all schools in Baltimore County started two hours late after a wintry mix covered roads overnight.
