Fair Housing Conference

In recognition of Fair Housing Month, Baltimore County will hold a free Fair Housing Conference on Tuesday, April 26, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Randallstown Community Center. The conference is intended for Baltimore County seniors and other residents; officers of homeowner and condominium associations and senior co-ops; property and community management company staff; and housing professionals.

Panel One- “What To Do?” - Basics of fair housing laws, citizens rights, recent legislation, and the changing legal environment in the area of housing rights for associations and the residents whose lives they impact.

Panel Two- “How To Do?” - Basic steps and documents needed to establish or maintain association legal standing, maintain compliance, file a complaint, make or address reasonable accommodation requests, and access resources.

condominium associations and senior co-ops; property and community management company staff; housing professionals
