Security Blvd. Beltway Ramp Closed for Utility Work

Ramp from inner loop to eastbound Security Boulevard closed on weeknights for the next month.

The Maryland State Highway Administration announced the temporary closure of the ramp from the inner loop of the I-695 beltway to eastbound Security Boulevard on weekday nights beginning on Sept. 26.

The closure is necessary for Baltimore Gas and Electric crews to perform maintenance on a natural gas pipeline beneath the ramp, the SHA wrote in a release.

Gas service to BGE customers will not be disrupted during the project, according to the SHA.
