Poll: Do You Support Traffic Improvements on South Rolling Road?
Brightview Senior Living will add upgrades as part of the development of a new senior building on the Catonsville Y property.
On Thursday, Patch shared with you the results of the traffic study that called for signal improvements, a bike lane and turn lanes to South Rolling Road.
The improvements will be paid for by Brightview Senior Living, which is buying land from the Catonsville Y to build a senior independent living facility on 5.5 acres of land.
While parking and traffic for the Brightview development is far less than the proposed St. Agnes medical facility, traffic is still predicted to increase along Rolling Road.
