Woman Shot On Northern Parkway

The Baltimore Sun reports that the victim was shot multiple times.

A woman was shot as she waited at a red light on Northern Parkway near Harford Road in Baltimore City early Saturday morning.

The Baltimore Sun reports that police are saying the victim, a 36-year-old woman, is expected to survive.

The shooting occurred in the 3200-block of E. Northern Parkway around 2:42 a.m., the Sun reports. A vehicle pulled alongside the victim's vehicle while she was stopped at a red light and fired several shots.

The woman was reportedly transported to an area hospital.

This was a good area but I guess it is now changing. I wish there was a camera or a description of the vehicle. It sounds like road rage or she knew the persons and it was a "hit." I hope she recovers.

I went to Northern Parkway Jr High the very first year it was open (1970),,,,,,, there was some clashes of the races (we were all bused,in form different sides of town),,,,,,,,, but I made some friends that were of "the other race" just referencing the old days when it wasnt that bad thats all

My heart goes out to this poor woman' PARKVILLE, OVERLEA NEEDS MORE SECURITY CAMERA'S, so we can fry these people. I know the citizens of parkville and overlea are fed up with these horrific crimes. TO THE MASSES OF PEOPLE OUT THERE IF YOU KNOW WHO DID THIS COME FORWARD PLEASE"""" These crimes won'nt stop. This lady was lucky' she wil survive'.
