Woman Carjacked on Edmondson Avenue

Vehicle recovered blocks away after Nov. 8. carjacking on the 5300 block of Edmondson Ave.

A Baltimore woman was carjacked on Nov. 8 by a group of females who pushed her and her companion out of the vehicle on the 5300 block of Edmondson Ave., near the city line, according to a police report.

At around 4 p.m., the 36-year-old driver, a resident of the 3500 block of Springdale Ave. in the city's Forest Park neighborhood, was driving near the Ten Hills Shell station on Edmondson Avenue, the report said.

A group of three black females, 25-30 years of age, approached the vehicle, pushed the driver and her 50-year-old passenger out of the silver 2000 Honda Civic, and stole the vehicle, according to the report.

The vehicle was later located a few blocks away near Mallow Hill Road and Mardrew Drive, in Baltimore City, the police report said.
