A man identified by police only as "Billy Evans" (see photo) has been linked to burglaries in Catonsville, Lutherville-Timonium and Reisterstown.

"The burglaries are occurring during the evening and overnight hours, when the suspect gains access to the businesses by prying doors or breaking door glass," reads a Baltimore County police release. "Money and checks, computer equipment, and food have been taken during some of the burglaries, and nothing at all was taken in several of the crimes."
