Police Blotter: Burglaries in the Area

The following is based on information provided by Baltimore County Police Department.

Sept. 1: At some time since 10 a.m. on Aug. 18, an unknown person cut off the lock to a shed on the unit block of Dunmore Road and took a snow blower. 

Sept. 1: At some time since 7 p.m. the previous evening, an unknown person cut air conditioning lines and removed two air conditioning units from a remote area behind a business on the 6400 block of Baltimore National Pike.

Sept. 4: Between noon and 11 p.m., an unknown person entered a residence on the unit block of S. Prospect Ave. and removed copper pipes. No sign of forced entry was found.

Sept. 5: Between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., an unknown person entered a residence on the 1900 block of Lismore Lane and took a television set and laptop computer.

Sept. 5: At some time since noon on Sept. 1, an unknown person entered a yard on the unit block of Seminole Ave. and took a riding mower.

Sept. 5: At some time since 5 p.m. on Aug. 24, an unknown person entered a shed on the 1600 block of Idewilde Ave. by crawling under a door and took a weed trimmer worth $250.

Sept. 8: At some time since Sept. 2, an unknown person entered an unlocked shed on the unit block of Melvin Ave. and took two bicycles.

Sept. 9: At some time since Aug. 28, an unknown person gained entry to a residence on the 600 block of Hilton Ave. by breaking a window pane in the door. Once inside the house, the suspect opened doors and closets and left in an unknown direction without taking anything.
