A mother in Hagerstown faces manslaughter charges in the death of her infant, whom police say died when the mother rolled on top of the child overnight after drinking heavily and then breastfeeding the baby.
Yadina Morales is facing a long list of charges, including child abuse in the second degree, neglect of a minor, reckless endangerment and manslaughter.
