A man in the early stages of dementia left his home Monday afternoon in northeast Baltimore and hasn't been seen since, Baltimore Police reported Tuesday.
Thomas McKnight Marshall, 76, was last seen at 3 p.m. Monday wearing a black skull cap with a Ravens logo on it and a black coat, according to police. He was leaving his home in the 1900 block of Belvedere Avenue, police said.
Marshall may frequent the Frederick Avenue area in Catonsville, according to police, who said he was considered vulnerable because of his mental status. Marshall was described as 5'11" and 198 pounds.
