Patch does not report the names of crime victims, Lisa. I don't know whether he is a student at UMBC. The police did not release that information.

Hi Bruce let me tell you about a incident. I own a recycling business up behind the arbutus post office. When I open my business last Friday my customer came running thru the front door with this youngs man wallet and car keys. He said they was laying out front with a pair of sandles. I took the wallet and called Baltimore count police. I went thru the wallet trying to find out more about the boy. I got his name,,since he is a student on Umbc campus the police turned it over to campus police. This wallet had credit cards, bank cards, a deposit slip for 5800.00 campus police said they will see if a report is filed. I tried searching Facebook for this young man I just want to know that he is ok...oh also I have it on camera of a guy in a grey hoodie n dark pants walking in in this secluded area at 12:30 Friday morning the 21.

Hi Lisa, good of you to give the wallet to the police. The incident mentioned above happened pretty far from the post office in Arbutus/Halethorpe. The report for the above incident didn't mention either a wallet or sandals being taken from the victim. If the credit cards and car keys were still there, sounds like somebody left them by mistake.
