Inert Grenade Causes Evacuation

Baltimore County police said the device presented no danger.

Residents at an apartment complex in Catonsville were briefly evacuated after county police responded to a call about a suspicious device Sunday afternoon.

Officers responded to the scene in the 100 block of Montrose Manor Court around 1 p.m. and discovered an inert grenade, police said. It was determined not to be dangerous.

The device is now being held at the Catonsville police precinct, police said.

Is the marker in the map to indicate where the grenade was found? If so it is not correct.
