Help Police Find Kidnapping, Assault Suspect

Baltimore County police released a sketch of a kidnapping suspect, and need help finding him.

At 5:30 p.m. July 30, a woman was jogging near Siena Way in Woodstock when "the suspect pulled the victim into a wooded area and attempted to strangle her with an item of clothing," according to a news release.

The woman, who had non-life threatening injuries, "bit the suspect on the arm, and was able to escape," it states. The suspect ran away, through the woods.

The suspect is a black male age 16-20 years, the release states. He's 5-foot-6 with an average build, and wore all-dark clothing. 

He "may have a bite mark on his right arm," the release states.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-307-2020.
