Crime Roundup: Two Armed Robberies and Several More Burglaries

The following are summaries from police reports of incidents in Precinct One of the Baltimore County Police Department.

Armed robbery: On Tuesday at 8:28 p.m., four black males walked into the , located at 1011 North Rolling in Catonsville. According to the police report, the suspects were all carrying handguns. They made employees open up registers and hand over money. The suspects also took all of the employee's cell phones before they left, making the employees lie down on the floor before they left the restaurant.

First-degree burglary: Sometime between Tuesday at 9 a.m. and Thursday at 6:06 p.m., someone broke into a home located on the 200 block of Seven Oaks Road in Catonsville. According to the police report, the suspects entered the home through a kitchen window. The suspect took a 27-inch flat screen television, a DVD player and jewelry.

First-degree burglary: On Thursday between 9:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., someone kicked in the front door of a home located on the 300 block of North Beaumont Avenue in Catonsville. According to the police report, the suspect kicked in the front door and locked a dog in a child's bedroom before ransacking the master bedroom. The suspect stole silverware and a rifle from the home. 

First-degree burglary: Sometime between Friday at 7:30 a.m. and 10 p.m., someone broke into a home, located on the unit block of Garnet Avenue in Catonsville. According to the police report, the suspect entered the the home by crawling through a bathroom window. Once inside, the suspect stole a Toshiba laptop, a DVR recorder box and wooden lock box with cash inside.

Armed robbery: On Friday at 8:30 p.m., a man was walking on the 4300 block of Alan Drive in Catonsville. According to the police report, the man was walking to Mars to get cat food when he saw some of his friends sitting on the front steps of a home smoking marijuana. When he was about to join them, someone punched him in the face, grabbed him from behind and held him in a choke hold. The suspects told him 'give me your money or your life' and then took $350 before running away. The victim told police he was scratched in the abdomen by possibly a knife.
