Catonsville Crime: Armed Robbery at Shell Gas Station

The following information is compiled from summaries of police reports from Precinct One/Wilkens of the Baltimore County Police Department.

Fourth-degree burglary: Sometime between Feb. 13 and Feb. 21, someone broke into a car left at the dealership, located at 5717 Baltimore National Pike. The victim told police she left her car at the dealership and when she returned to her car, she found her car stereo missing. The car was in a fenced-in parking lot.

Fourth-degree sex offense: At 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 20, a woman told police she was fondled inappropriately by a man that she brought to her hotel room at the Ramada Inn at 6422 Baltimore National Pike.

First-degree burglary: At 11:15 a.m. on Feb. 20, a woman to home on the 100 block of North Rolling Road and discovered two teenagers there. When she entered, the teens fled.  Items taken included an Amazon Kindle, a computer camera, jewelry and cash. Entry was gained by breaking a window, according to the police report.

Armed robbery: At 9:51 a.m. on Feb. 24, a gunman robbed the , located at 700 North Rolling Road.  The robber pointed a black handgun at the cashier and demanded money from the register, according to the police report. The clerk handed over money and the suspect fled.
