He has 16 cases on the list. 9 are criminal. 1 paternity and the rest traffic. From multiple handgun possession arrests to thefts all while on probation. One case alone with 7 theft charges WHILE on probation and he got all of them stet. One 2nd degree assault while on probation Nolle Pros. William Campbell has an even more extensive record I didn't bother looking at as closley. The only thing I can say is these 2 have cost the taxpayers millions in pubic defenders and prosecutions. Not even counting the cost of their victims which is countless. Our system politically ans socially are allowing these animals to prey on the public. It is criminal.
The judicial and political system in Martyland is making us all VICTIMS to these animals. IWe see it with most every story like this. Long records with millions in costs to the taxpayers and we are victimized multiple times. We pay for the prosecution, the defense and the room and board and the result of their continued criminal activity. IT MUST STOP!!!! These dangerous people must be kept behind bars where they will not do no more damage to their victims.
and the worst crime is wearing a white sheet over your head these two guyes need to be put away and some of these folks who have nothing else to do but judge one should look at their own
P.S. A correction is warranted... animals conduct themselves far more ethically than most humans. For one thing, they rarely kill for reasons other than subsistence.
