Catonsville Crime: Burglaries Reported in the Past Week

The following information is provided by the Baltimore County Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following are summaries of incidents that occurred in Precinct One/Wilkens of the Baltimore County Police Department.

First-degree burglary: Between 7:20 a.m. on August 20 and and 8:58 p.m. on August 24. Two TV stations, a Playstation, video games and a Macbook and some sound equipment were stolen from a home on the 300 block of Sunshine Place. The suspect entered through the sliding glass door on the side of the home.

Second-degree burglary: At 11:40 p.m. on August 22. Suspect broke into the Asia Supermarket, located at 5510 Baltimore National Pike. The suspect cut power to the alarm, removed cash and removed several USB drives from the office.

Fourth-degree burglary: Sometime between 6:40 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on August 23. A suspect entered through an unlocked kitchen window on the 300 block of Stafford Drive. Nothing was taken.

Second-degree burglary: Between midnight on August 23 and 9 a.m on August 25. Suspect broke into a shed on the unit block of Dunvegan Road and stole a lawnmower.
