Catonsville Crime: Woman Robbed While Walking to Apartment

The following information includes summaries of crime reports from Precinct One/Wilkens of the Baltimore County Police Department.
First-degree burglary: Sometime between 11 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on April 2, someone entered a home on the 6600 block of Altamount Avenue through an unlocked window. According to the police report, the supsect stole an video game console and two video games.
Unarmed robbery: At 4:39 p.m. on April 2, a group of children were riding bikes on the 700 block of Braeside Road. According to the police report, a man was following the children. When the children stopped, the suspect asked to borrow a bike and then grabbed one of the bikes from the child. Police described the suspect as a black man, 5 feet 8 inches tall who is between 18 and 25 years old. He weighs roughly 150 pounds, has brown eyes, a dark complexion and a beard. He wore a black and red knit cap, a dark sweatshirt and dark jeans.

Second-degree burglary: Sometime between 12:05 a.m. and 12:40 a.m. on April 3, someone threw a rock through the front window of Step Well Podiatry, located in Suite 154 at 405 Frederick Road. According to the police report, the suspects stole $200 in cash, two laptops and a roll of 100 stamps.
Second-degree burglary: Sometime between 12:05 a.m. and 12:40 on April 3, someone broke the front window of Advanced Hearing Centers, located in Suite 106 at 405 Frederick Road. According to the police report, the suspects stole a roll of 200 stamps.

Second-degree burglary: At 12:40 a.m. on April 3, police found the door of Suite 158 A at 405 Frederick Road ajar while investigating other burglaries at the location. According to the police report, the front office was ransacked and money was missing.
Fourth-degree burglary: At 4:07 a.m. on April 3, someone attempted to pry open a detached garage door in the backyard of the 600 block of Coleraine Road.
Armed robbery: At 10:49 p.m. on April 4, a woman was walking to her apartment on the 4300 block of Wilkens Avenue when five teenagers approached her. According to the police report, one of them had a handgun and took her purse. One of the suspects had a black and green hooded sweatshirt.
