A vehicle crashed into a Joy of Learning Center in Woodlawn Saturday afternoon.
Early investigation revealed that a four-door Mercury was traveling eastbound on Dogwood Road toward Woodlawn Drive, according to a police news release. The Mercury swerved to avoid another vehicle, drove into a parking lot and crashed into Joy of Learning.
The woman driving the Mercury was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for minor injuries, police said. No one was in the building at the time, and no other injuries were reported.
