Baltimore County Hosts Public Safety Day

Baltimore County police and firefighters will be performing demonstrations and showing off some of their equipment on Saturday. 

The Baltimore County Police Community Relations Councils are sponsoring their Public Safety Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hunt Valley Towne Center, according to a news release. 

The event, which is free and open to the public, will include: 

  • K-9 dogs in action
  • Armored car up close
  • Police motorcycles
  • Aviation Unit and its helicopter
  • Tactical Team
  • Fire Department trucks, engines and other fire service apparatus
  • A CPR ”Hands Only” demonstration
  • Kids’ face painting and fingerprinting
  •
