Community Update

Sorry to say, but this place is terrible! They charged me over $800 in unauthorized repairs, and did not fix the 3 things I took it in for. Aso the car was damaged. And the manager, Lance Landsdowne is so rude, and no one from corporate would contact me. I have always gone to Mr. Tire and they have always done good work and were friendly and polite. I needed help so my niece took it to NTB for me, and this nightmare began. I wouldnt wish in on anyone, please take your business elsewhere!
