Public Invited to Veterans Tribute of 500 Full-Size US Flags

Public Invited to May 25 Charlestown Field of Honor Veterans Tribute of 500 Full-Size American Flags.

The public is invited to a Saturday, May 25, Memorial Day weekend event that will be an exhibition of over 500 full-size American flags known as the Charlestown Field of Honor Veterans Tribute.

Opening ceremonies will begin at 10 a.m. on the Charlestown campus, 719 Maiden Choice Ln, Catonsville.

Each flag displayed will be sponsored by area businesses and Charlestown and Catonsville residents for $35 per flag. Net proceeds from the event will go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and the Charlestown Benevolent Care Fund.
