Present: Dance Educators Training Institute (DETI) 2013 !

Join us this summer for a week-long workshop that will help
us to get ready for the 2013-2014 year by re-energizing our dance interests!

Dates: August 5th - August 9th 2013 (10AM – 5PM daily)

Sessions are open to the public, with a particular interest
to serve choreographers, performers and highly experienced dance educators as
well as teaching artists in the field of dance education. Administrators and
participants from various arts and educational disciplines including college
students are invited and encouraged to attend the workshop. The programs
provides high quality resources, diverse programming, and ample networking
opportunities.

Daily sessions will include:

--Technique classes

--Historical/Cultural Dance Forms (Hip-Hop, West African,
East Indian)

--Technology/Media courses

--Somatics

--Curriculum and Assessment seminars

 Tuition: *$300 for week-long institute
