In addition, residents whose single stream recycling would have been normally collected Thursday are being asked to hold on to those recyclables until the next scheduled pick-up day. That's supposed to be Thursday, Nov. 29.

The County also said that various types of collections could take place later than usual in the week after Thanksigiving. If something's not picked up at the normal time, leave it out until it's collected.
