105.7 Co-Host Ed Norris To Return Wednesday

Norris will return to Baltimore sports radio 105.7 Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Following his motorcycle accident earlier this year, 105.7 The Fan co-host Ed Norris will return to the radio station Wednesday morning from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., 105.7 sports reporter Kevin Battle said.

"We're really glad he's been able to recover. It's been a long couple of weeks, and we continue to support his recovery," Battle said.

Norris, of Hampstead, was injured on his motorcycle on April 24 after laying down his motorcycle to avoid hitting a truck in rural Harford County. He was driving his Victory motorcycle northbound on U.S. Route 1 in Darlington around 2:30 p.m, according to a release from Maryland State Police.

The former state and city police chief was airlifted to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore after suffering injuries including broken ribs.

Battle said he is excited for Norris’ return to the show, which airs weekday mornings from 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

"I want to thank everyone for their thoughts, concerns and prayers. It has been a difficult couple of months. Thanks to all. I can’t wait to talk to you tomorrow," Norris told CBS Baltimore.

Listen live to the show.
