A PRINCESS IS AVAILABLE for Adoption!

Beautiful Princess Doberman girl Fiona is on a quest for a loving home. She is a Princess with a sad past who we are hoping will end up with a "happily ever after life".

Pulled from a Southern shelter by Im-Paws-Able Dog Rescue, Fiona was obviously used to breed puppies, she was emaciated, heartworm positive, had some teeth removed and what teeth were left were filed. She probably NEVER had a bath, but worst of all - her spirit was broken. Her response to a lifetime of misery was to simply stop responding. Fiona was a dog who had clearly never known love or kindness. That was up until she got her freedom ride to her foster Mom, Jen Stewart.

Jen is the owner of Classy K-9's in Wormleysburg, PA. Betsy Ritter, the Director of Im-Paws-Able Dog Rescue knew if  anyone could have brought this Dobergal's "Dober-ness" back - it would be JEN! And Betsy could not have been more on the money!

"My little Princess FiFi now looks like a healthy Doberman," says Fiona's foster Mom Jen, "She has put on weight. I can not see (nor feel) her bones any more. She loves her food. She gets so animated at feeding time that she starts bouncing. She loves to run around in the yard with my lab Dakota and she is not so shy anymore. She has also stopped hiding under my deck. She now takes to basking in the sunlight on top of the deck. Im-Paws-Able Dog Rescue, will be happy to note that she also is off of wet food. To this day, there is no aggression for ANYTHING, that includes the cat. They are buds now and play together. It's all just surreal. She still is not comfortable on walks though. She would rather be in the house or in the yard then going on an "adventure" outside. If anyone would like a great, calm girl to call their own, this one takes the cake. Oh, the hair on her ears is growing back as well."

If there is anyone in the Catonsville area who would like to adopt this beautiful Princess girl, please go to www.impawsablerescue.org and click ADOPT to fill out an adoption application.

Im-Paws-Able Dog Rescue is a 501c3 organization based in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
