Business Tip of the Week: The Breadery

The winter months can be hard for residents looking to buy local foods. Not only are the region's best fruits and vegetables not in season, but it's harder to find local products such jams, spreads and granola without the area farmers markets operating (with the exception of the Waverly Famers Market in Baltimore).

We found a new local food spot in Catonsville for you locavores to shop at: in Oella. The bakery and store just added a local shelf complete with oils, spreads and other items made by local businesses. They also have Michelle's Granola and Zeke's Coffee.

Since moving into their new location in Oella this summer, the Breadery has won over some new customers in Catonsville.

Also for you locavores, the next time you are shopping at , check out Atwater's jams and spreads on the shelf, as well as pasta sauces and cheeses in their cold food case. Their items are local too.
