Baltimore County-Educated Doctor Takes Helm at St. Agnes Emergency

Dr. Pascal G. Crosley is the new chief of Saint Agnes Hospital's department of emergency medicine.

The Towson University graduate will also oversee other areas of urgent care, including chest pain, according to a news release from the 50-year-old hospital. He'll work to reduce wait times, and maintain smooth transitions for patients going from the hospital to home care.

He earned his bachelor's degree in biological sciences at Towson, and his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY.

"I'm pleased to be back in the Baltimore area and be able to use my experience and training to better serve the Saint Agnes community," he said in a statement.

He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a former board member of the Georgia College of Emergency Physicians, the release states.

He previously held the position of chairman of the Georgia Emergency Medicine Political Action Committee.

Saint Agness is located at 900 Caton Ave. in Baltimore.
