Weekend Activities in Catonsville: Comets Playoff Football, Toddler Story Time and Harvest Art Fest

Patch's list of activities for the weekend.

Looking for something to do around town? Here's a roundup from our calendar on what's going on this weekend.

1. Support Catonsville High School when they travel to play for the at Baltimore Polytechnic High Institute, Friday at 7 p.m. The Comets have yet to lose a game this season. The Engineers are 11-0 as well.  Tickets are $5 per person.

2. Want to get your toddler involved in reading real early in life? Take them to the Catonsville Library Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for for stories, music, movement and rhymes. For parents and their babies less than two years old. Call 410-887-0951 to register.

3. Celebrate a little bit early this year at the Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m. Invited are residents of GlynnTaff Center, Ridgeway Manor Nursing Home, and Paradise Assisted Living Home, as well as other community members. Call the church office at 410-747-2041 for more info.

4. In 6th, 7th or 8th grade and enjoy games, refreshments, music and friends? Take part in Friday at 7 p.m. at Westchester Elementary.

5. Check out fine arts and crafts at Saturday at 12 p.m. The will include several local artisans.
