Tornado Warning Lifted, Severe Thunderstorm Watch In Effect
Watch is in effect until 9 p.m. tonight.
The National Weather Service has lifted the tornado warning for Baltimore and Harford Counties. But a severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 9 p.m. in most of central Maryland.
