Thunderstorm Could Produce Up to Three Inches of Rain; Flash Flood Warning In Effect

A thunderstorm is moving east at 15 mph.

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for the Catonsville area until 4:15 p.m.

A thunderstorm in the Woodlawn area is moving east at 15 mph and is expected to drop between 2-3 inches of rain in the next few hours.

According to the weather service, most flood deaths occur in cars and people are reminded not to drive through standing water.
