New 2011 Parade Marchers: Charm City Roller Girls and an Egyptian Ship

65th annual Catonsville Fourth of July parade is Monday.

Get ready for some new marchers and an old crowd favorite for Monday's Fourth of July parade in Catonsville.

The Catonsville Celebrations Committee has finalized the list of entrants for this year's parade.

New marchers this year include the Charm City Roller Girls, an organized league with more than 80 women from the area. The Catonsville Ravens Club are sponsoring the roller girls.

Also participating include two entrants in the kinetic sculpture race, which is an event sponsored by the American Visionary Art Museum. One entry is an Egyptian ship powered by six cyclists and the other has an Amish theme. To see photos of these entrants, go here. Varsity Auto is sponsoring these entrants.

Attendees of 2009 will remember the crowd favorite Phillipine Heritage Band. The group will be back this year.
