We all know some people always have complaints and some people may use this forum for negative purposes. I'd like to encourage you to rat out your neighbors for the greater good. Is it the traffic? Parking issues? Or the fact that that most of the Frederick Road restaurants about BYOB? People vandalizing chairs set out for the Fourth of July parade?
